How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives — no card details, no bank transfer, no account needed. Please have the exact amount ready if you can.
How much is delivery?
$4 flat anywhere in Lebanon. Orders over $45 ship free.
Do you deliver outside Lebanon?
Not at the moment. We deliver within Lebanon only.
Why are prices in US dollars?
All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD) so there's no confusion about exchange rates. What you see is what you pay.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Everything we sell is sourced as original manufacturer stock — Oral-B, Philips Sonicare, Sensodyne, Colgate, Crest, TePe and Listerine.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver within a few working days of your order. We'll be in touch if anything is delayed.
What if something is out of stock?
Our site shows live stock levels, so if you can add it to your cart, we have it. If something sells out between your order and dispatch, we'll contact you before delivering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch as soon as possible through our contact page and we'll do our best to help before the order leaves us.
Which toothbrush should I choose?
Manual brushes do the job well if you brush properly. Electric brushes mainly help by making good technique easier — built-in timers and pressure sensors stop you brushing too hard or too briefly. If you have sensitive teeth or receding gums, a pressure sensor is worth the money. For specific dental concerns, ask your dentist.
